At Adsine, we strive to deliver the highest quality digital marketing and web development services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
1. Service-Specific Refund Terms
Website Design & Development
- The advance payment (50%) is non-refundable once work has commenced
- If the project is cancelled before any work begins, a full refund of the advance will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee
- After project completion and delivery, no refunds will be issued
- Revisions are provided as per the agreed-upon number in the service package; additional revisions may incur extra charges
SEO Services
- SEO services are subscription-based and billed monthly
- Cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for the current billing period after services have been rendered
- Results in SEO cannot be guaranteed as they depend on search engine algorithms
Social Media Marketing
- Monthly packages are non-refundable once the content calendar has been created and approved
- If services have not yet started for the current month, a full refund may be issued
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Google Ads / PPC Campaigns
- Management fees are non-refundable
- Ad spend is handled directly through Google Ads; refunds for ad spend must be requested through Google
- Campaign performance results are not guaranteed
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- We fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline (not caused by client delays)
- There is a significant deviation from the agreed scope without prior consent
- Services are cancelled before commencement (subject to administrative fees)
- Duplicate or erroneous payments are made
3. Refund Process
- Submit a Request: Send your refund request to info@adsine.com with your order details, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation
- Review Period: We will review your request within 5-7 business days
- Decision: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund via email
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Razorpay payments: Refunded to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking)
- Bank transfers: Refunded via NEFT/RTGS to the originating bank account
- UPI payments: Refunded to the original UPI ID
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain name registration fees
- Web hosting charges
- Third-party software licenses and plugin costs
- SSL certificate costs
- Google Ads spend (managed through Google directly)
- Completed and delivered work that has been approved by the client
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may:
